Fortnite gives
away a glider to compensate for announcing incorrect completion date for 14
days of Fortnite challenge series.
Fortnite has
made a remarkable fan base and has a humongous active user count, and it was
quite unacceptable for the players to face a glitch associated with the end
time of the festive challenge series.
To compensate
this glitch Fortnite apologised to its users by posting on Twitter, that it was
not intentional to reveal a wrong end date for the challenge event.
And to rectify
the error, they will be giving away an Equalizer Glider for all the players who
have at least completed one challenge from the 14 days of Fortnite event.
As in the 14
days challenge series, a new event was available for players to accomplish
every day for 14 days to receive a new reward for finishing each task.
Players have
worked very hard to accomplish tasks like fireworks, goose nest or giant candy
cane, which provided them with various grand rewards like holiday theme loading
screen, weapons and bags skins and much more.
No such end date was announced directly by the
Epics game, but it is believed that a Reddit post was responsible for
misguiding a number of players and gradually it got viral amongst various clans
and communities.

after 14 days event would end there would still be an additional time frame of
two to three days to accomplish the 14 days event.
